8:30 a.m. Wake up sneezing, we love allergy season right? Wrong, I sneeze about 10 times and then immediately have to pee

8:39 a.m. Chug the rest of my Hydroflask (I may or may not have indulged in a few White Claws last night, but surprisingly woke up feeling normal, lets keep that going)

8:45 a.m. Time to ramp up the weekly screen time by scrolling on my phone until the battery dies

9:45 a.m. Just kidding it was just an hour, but still, who needs an hour of Instagram in the morning? I have to kick this habit soon

9:50 a.m. Get dressed, take my vitamins, do a little mini sun salutation to get my blood flowing

10:00 a.m. Brush my teeth, pee again, wash my face

10:08 a.m. SKINCARE TIMEEEEEE

10:15 a.m. Turn on the stove to start boiling water for my hot lemon water I do every morning (so healthy, I know)

10:30 a.m. Sip my hot lemon water while I clear out my inbox and reply to emails. I try to take one day a week off from checking email, but this week I took two (oops) so this takes a while

10:50 a.m. I rinse out my mug and get a bowl of fruit – Mom went to Whole Foods yesterday so my selection is large. I opt for some cherries, raspberries, watermelon and banana slices, along with the iced coffee my dad got me this morning. I eat this while I watch a YouTube video

11:20 a.m. Hmmm, breakfast today? Oatmeal, obviously. I opt for the Purely Elizabeth blueberry collagen protein oats with some almond milk mixed with cinnamon, chia seeds, a scoop of Vital Proteins collagen peptides and some Nuttzo, then topped with some plain greek yogurt and homemade granola

12:00 p.m. After finishing my oatmeal and YouTube video, I do some work on the blog post going up tomorrow (Grad School Reflection, read it here if you haven’t read it yet!). This includes finishing the post, setting up the photo that will go on Instagram and making sure anything that needs to be linked is done.

12:30 p.m. Time to go for a walk and enjoy the beautiful 65 degree day we have today. I listen to the end of The Skinny Confidential’s podcast from Friday, May 15th and re-listen to Ed Mylett’s episode with Gary Vee (three miles altogether)

1:30 p.m. Lunch is a piece of Dave’s Killer Bread 21 Seeds and Grains toast with some Ithaca Lemon Dill hummus, smoked salmon and cucumber slices with a mixed green salad on the side, and a sugar-free Vitamin Water.

2:00 p.m. I sit outside to start my summer semester and try to tan a bit. Coco is out on the deck with me and much more entertaining than my reading and homework, so this doesn’t prove to be too productive, but a good way to make the afternoon go by

4:10 p.m. Foam rolling to warm up my legs

4:25 p.m. Ryan and I go for a shakeout run around the neighborhood. Only 3.3 miles today, just to cap off the week (40 miles of running who is she) and work out some kinks after yesterday’s long run

4:55 p.m. Stretching, more foam rolling, and some Fairlife Chocolate Milk

5:15 p.m. Rehab and general strength exercises to keep the glutes strong and prevent and future injuries

5:40 p.m. Shower time (also really need to wash my face because my eyes are bugging out!)

6:00 p.m. Pajamas on, more skincare applied, drinking out of my Hydroflask, answering emails with some celery sticks and Lesser Evil popcorn

7:15 p.m. Start writing this post so I can have it ready for later in the week. Also wondering what time dinner will be ready….

7:45 p.m. Dinner is ready, grilled chicken and a greek salad

8:30 p.m. Ginger tea in hand, dairy-free cookie dough Halo Top with some Smart Sweets gummy bears in a bowl, YouTube is on, life is good

9:12 p.m. Rinse out my bowl and mug, pack my bag to head back to D.C. to start packing, YouTube still on

9:40 p.m. NIGHTTIME SKINCAREEEE (can you tell I love doing my skincare?)

10:22 p.m. Say goodnight to everyone, pet Coco for a little bit, and head to sleep early since I’ll be driving four and a half hours tomorrow (usually I read a chapter of a book before falling asleep but I’ve fallen out of that habit, I definitely need to get into it again)

11:00 p.m. Texted my boyfriend and scrolled Instagram again for way too long, chug more water, lights are actually out and eyes are closing…

xx,

meg

(apologies for the lack of photos, there wasn’t much interesting content to capture today unfortunately, but stay tuned for some D.C. pictures from my move!)
