6:05 a.m. Wake up, check phone (bad habit, I know), make bed, take vitamins, get dressed, chug water

Post run

6:35 a.m. Short 3 mile shake-out run

6:59 a.m. Stretch, make hot lemon water

7:04 a.m. Shower, get dressed, try to look somewhat presentable

7:20 a.m. Taking my car to BMW for service, finished a podcast on the way (MOOD by Lauren Elizabeth)

8:05 a.m. Read the New York Times Daily Brief and do the crossword at the end (my favorite way to start the day)

8:15 a.m. Mama Bear picked me up, how sweet 🙂

8:50 a.m. Make a fruit bowl, get caught up on emails

9 a.m. Calls for the day start, mom brought me an iced coffee which was so sweet (she’s being SO sweet today)

Donut Delight is the superior iced coffee

12:05 p.m. Quick break to make breakfast/lunch/brunch

Dave’s Killer Bread with 1/2 an avocado and Everything But the Bagel Seasoning, two eggs with spinach, sautéed kale and Brussel sprouts and a Nuun hydration tab

12:32 p.m. Eat while catching up on emails, crossing things off the to-do list, just another day in the life

1 p.m. More meetings

2:30 p.m. No more meetings today hooray! Now time to catch up on emails, work, the usual

3:00 p.m. Decided to switch up my location and go sit with Coco – a great idea

5:15 p.m. Quick call from BMW, not getting Gigi back until tomorrow 😦

5:40 p.m. Log off for the day, have a Celsius and get ready to GO TO THE GYM

Being a Celsius Ambassador means getting to try the new flavors and I’m obsessed

5:57 p.m. Run a mile to the gym with Ryan

6:05 p.m. Make sure we’re staying six feet apart (Ryan measured for me) then went inside to elliptical and do some back and biceps

7:09 p.m. Run a mile back home, shower, play with Coco

7:45 p.m. Catch up on personal emails and school emails, scroll social media

8:40 p.m. Dinner time – salmon and grilled zucchini and a side salad, yum!

9:20 p.m. Dessert tonight was a little Halo Top topped with Smart Sweets gummies (for when I start craving ice cream and gummy bears, this low-sugar combo does the trick)

9:30 p.m. Watch some YouTube while eating my dessert, then while sipping my nightly ~cleanse~ tea

10:15 p.m. Brush my teeth, wash my face, say goodnight to everyone then read a few chapters of my book (currently working on Drawing Home by Jamie Brenner)

10:40 p.m. Night night!
