Hello everyone! Can you believe July is almost over? July-ing! Ha, I couldn’t resist that one. Did you stop reading already? I don’t blame you.

This past month has been filled with many great products, books, resources and little knick-knacks that I’m so excited to share with you! As always, I love your feedback as well. What podcasts, shows, books, products, foods, etc. are you loving at the moment? I’m always down to try new things, and I hope this post inspires you to try something new!

Books

I’ve been a reading machine lately, and I don’t know how or where I’ve squeezed in the time but I have, and I’m so glad for it! I’ve read five or six books this past month, and wanted to share my favorites with you. I seem to be on a book a week schedule, so maybe at the end of August I’ll be able to give a few more suggestions. I’m currently reading The Woman in the Window by A.J. Finn and I’m hooked, just 60 pages in!

This past month, I read The Perfect Couple by Elin Hilderbrand, Two by Two by Nicholas Sparks, Summer Sisters by Judy Blume and Such a Fun Age by Kiley Reid, and I must award these books the honor of being my favorites. The Perfect Couple was such a great mystery read – I literally finished it in a day and a half. It had so many twists and turns and such an unexpected ending. Two by Two left me in tears, and I’ll just leave it at that…but then again, what Nicholas Sparks book doesn’t?? Summer Sisters I also surprisingly cried at, and I don’t think you’re supposed to cry during this book, but I did…multiple times. I guess I’m just a crier. Such a Fun Age was such a fun book to read (see what I did there?) and I highly recommend to any and everyone that comes across this post. It’s super applicable to the current social justice situations and very insightful as well!

Products

This month, I’ve had the blessing of working with a few new brands that I’m so excited to share with you! As you can tell by the theme of my posts, I’m very into wellness and overall health, as opposed to achieving a certain look or physique. I eat clean foods rather than processed or heavy foods because that’s what makes ME feel best.

My supplements have gotten such a good upgrade! I’ve always taken Olly Women’s MultiVitams, VitaFusion Calcium and Goli Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies. This month, I also added the Seed Daily Symbiotic and the CodeAge Teeth and Gum Vitamins.

The Seed Daily Symbiotic has definitely helped regulate my digestion since I started taking it. While it isn’t meant to prevent or treat any illnesses, I highly recommend to anyone. All experiences are different, but I love how it makes me feel and even better? I love that they’re as committed to planetary health as they are to human health through their sustainable refill systems and packaging. The formulation combines a probiotic and prebiotic, is vegan and gluten-free, and includes 24 clinically-studied, naturally-occurring strains, not found in yogurt or fermented foods and beverages.

The CodeAge Teeth and Gum Vitamin includes collagen and calcium, two things my body definitely needs! After about two weeks of taking this consistently, I’ve definitely noticed stronger teeth and gums. My gums used to bleed if I brushed my teeth too hard, and my teeth would be sensitive if I would grind them, but now those feelings have gone away.

Use my code “meganrule” for a discount on your Goli Vitamin order, code “MER15” for a discount on your Seed order and code “LETSRUNAMEGATHON” for a discount on your CodeAge order!

Beyond supplements, I’ve also been loving the Free People Movement Line. I ordered a few pairs of shorts and some sports bras and love them all! They’re so comfy, so cute and pretty reasonable! I’ve been wearing the Good Karma Square Neck Sports Bra, Lightning Synergy Crop, Happiness Runs Crop, Sting Like a Bee Shorts, The Way Home Shorts and the Dream Work Shorts. I got one or two of each and am obsessed, it’s all so comfy and could double as cute loungewear or even be dressed up in some cases!

I had to re-order my daily face cleanser from Glossier, the Milk Jelly Face Wash, and decided to get some more Balm Dot Com as well. I had one tube in the Birthday Cake flavor, and decided to re-supply on that one, as well as the Mint and Berry flavors. My lips feel amazing, and especially in the summer time where they dry out or get sun damage, these products are great!
